The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you for taking the time to post your honest feedback. I do want our residents to be proud to call Mill Creek their home, and so I read every review posted about our community. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve Mill Creek for everyone. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. We check all lights on the property every two weeks. Depending on the fixture, we may need to order special parts, which can take up to two weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time, and if you ever see a light not functioning properly, please let the office know. Our pool is serviced twice a week and undergoes a daily chemical check. All utility bills are calculated based on the number of occupants in a unit and its square footage. Additionally, packages can be picked up at the office Monday and Tuesday. They are transported to the Clubhouse for pick up Wednesday through Sunday. To check if your package has arrived, the Clubhouse number is 408-945-3569. Regarding your concern about mosquitoes: They are a seasonal problem throughout northern California, however, we do receive mosquito abatement services from Santa Clara County.
