Pros:
- Brand new apartments for most of the units, as some tenants moved out soon after they moved in for some reasons.
- In-unit small full-load washer and dryer.
- Gated indoor parking with 1 assigned tiny spot on the same floor as your apartment, but some tenants will randomly park on your spot occasionally.
- Tiny gym (24/7), pool, spa, club house and business center - dirty (as most tenants don't clean up after themselves) but still useable.
- Supposedly a non-smoking community, but some tenants smoke days and nights regardlessly.
- Near 237 and 880.
- Grocery store (Chinese), many restaurants (mostly Chinese) and several big banks nearby.
Cons:
- Near landfill. Putrid smell on most days all year long. Minimal if windows tightly closed.
- Poor apartment layout - not making full use of the space, so it looks smaller than it should be.
- High rent with no utilities included - not even water or sewage.
- Tiny closet space.
- Thin flooring and front door - noises are loud and clear.
- Unable to contact management after business hours.
