I have been a tenant of this for more than 18 months now and things had been ok ok so far. Recently things have gone to worst. I am facing hot water and heater issue for more than 6 months now and still the management is not able to provide me a proper solution to that. Their after hours emergency number never work. All we have to wait until their office open at 9 am and then some handy man will come and temporarily fix the issue. This has been a daily routine activity now. So, if any one planning to move make sure you are ready with this kind of stuff from the management. I would prefer to rate negative but that not allowed here
