Neighbors are friendly.<br><br>Cons:<br><br>Biggest disadvantage - Rude & Arrogant Resident Manager. Management company must seriously think of replacing her. No reserved covered/parking, The Best Parking Space is reserved for Resident Manager's car , Rental Office closed on week-ends, Hard to catch up with the Manager (even on week-days). <br><br>Just one coin operated laundry on the third floor - 6 washers/dryers for 64 units!!!
