Resident 2004 - 2006

5/26/2007

Very quiet apartments with nice ammenities, but it's also very expensive. Also, I feel like the company nickle and dimes you for everything, and the quality of the property had taken a nose-dive since I moved in. They went through 4 different property managers in the 20 months I lived here. Additionally, the property management has gotten progressively worse... they park all day in spaces that they reserved for 15 minute parking (what hypocrites!), and the proceeded to convert those "convenience" parking spaces intended for residents into "restricted" spaces for themselves... the signs now say they're reserved for Avalon Management. I think this gives you an idea about how this company is not focused on it's customers, and the service has progressively worsened. The building itself is very nice, but make sure you know what you're getting into if you decide to live here... i wouldn't live here again.
