This is an excellent building with a top-notch staff. The grounds are beautiful, the building common areas are very clean, and the maintenance is courteous and quick. Parking is very convenient. Location is super-convenient to a lot of other places. The people who work there go out of their way to make the experience of tenants excellent. I looked everywhere in the area and this was by far the nicest and best value for the money. A beautiful building, super-quiet, well-kept, and exceptional management and leasing staff. Yes, it's a little pricey, but as with all things, you get what you pay for, and the money is well worth it.
