I would like to recognize Jack N.for his outstanding service. A number of residents were impacted by actions of another resident for a number of months. The situation involved health, safety, noise, and numerous items that each resident agrees to when signing the contract to live at Avalon properties. The resident ended up moving which was a good thing for everyone including Avalon. I have noticed former Avalon residents of the past have complained about their experiences here from their point of view. But just because there is a negative review about Avalon doesn't mean that it's a valid review. Our family enjoys living at our Avalon property. One major reason is that, Jack the community manager provided me with timely follow up meetings on the situation where he personally visited and followed up with phone calls or left messages on numerous occasions. Now that is what I call fantastic customer service! I can go to work and do other things rather than worry about is going on at home. What I learned from this situation is the following: If you have a problem, speak up about it and consider talking to Jack. Jack is in a management because he deeply cares about his clients and knows how to provide value to Avalon. He knows that if a people don't talk about a problem it won't get solved and people will engage in negative feelings without giving him a chance to resolve it.
