Moved here in Oct 2001, $1395 for a one bedrdm, still preety steep considering the dropping market, but was actually one of the better deals around for the time.

The management is pretty much incompetent except for a young lady who is just above average. I´ve dealth with two completely brain dead employees there, but now that the lease is signed I never set foot in the office unless I am forced to.

The surrounds are well maintained, very green. The building are old, you can hear the neighbors converasations, and the apartment is a bit musty. The worst problem are the ants..Boy, when it rains the place is an ant hill...We ave had to copmpletely empty the kitchen 3 times. The management office as usual was not helpful.

Pool is wonderful, and the park like setting is very nice. But the actual location, once you exit the complex is pretty much a bario with white trash all around.

The clientele looks like a mix of older, working class residents who have been there a while, and yound professionals trying to save a bit on rent.

Overall, it´s a good place if you want to save a bit, have a decent place to be for a year or so, but, well, just try to avoid dealing with the management to keep your sanity.
