I'm a current resident and totally agree to the previous other resident's review - a lot of noise. I am suffering here DAY AND NIGHT. During the day, I literally feel them hammering and drilling - all thanks to the paper-thin walls and their inconsiderateSee More >

Walls are very thin and the building was not made for hardwood. My upstairs neighbor thumps and runs around the apartment from 7am until late, driving me crazy. Management wants to do nothing about it since it's "normal living sounds". I can also hear snoringSee More >

DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A BIKE Nice enough property with reasonably responsive maintenance. Pros: Nice pool, nice landscaping, mail room, laundry room on every floor, Cons: Terrible security, loud noises during the day from constant renovation, sometimes sounds like someones just slamming aSee More >

If you're applying from out of town, after submitting the online application for ~$35, they have this strict 24-hour turnaround window for a $400 physical check, money order, or cashier's check to be delivered physically to their office that is completely inflexible. I live at that place for almost four years and I can say that FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS there's a constant remodelling and reconstruction. It's absolutely impossible to sleep, rest or work from home during business hours. It's like living on a construction siteSee More >

This complex is extremely over priced for what it offers. 1. High Noise levels throughout the day due to never-ending construction as closure of few available common spaces to due said construction work. Tenants not compensated for this ongoing inconvenience. 2. Older building, inefficiently designedSee More >

The manager is very unresponsive and rude. She ignored our many complaints about the slow drain of water in the bath tub. The water did overflow a couple of times and it seemed the dirty water from the neighbors would overflow in our tubSee More >

I lived at this place for 7 months. I do not recommend it. USE YOUR MONEY TO RENT ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT! - The management is dishonest, conflictual and ill-intended - sleep-depriving noise from the apartment above - heavy machinery noise 7 days/week from the open-air carSee More >

Q: What is security like?

A: Terrible. This is a gated community, but the gates are often broken and wide open for weeks. Doors are also often left ajar because they seldom close completely.
