After reading the other reviews,I thought I would say something positive about Winsor Ct. The only thing I can think of was that the deposit was low. Otherwise,at every level it was a bad place to live. The apts are falling apart.Dirty water pours from leaks in the pipes from some apts. into the garage. The floor in my bathroom was spongy and I was afraid we would fall into the garage below me(I was upstairs),not to mention termites infesting the entire complex. In a earthquake, you will die in the crumbling building.I repeatatly had to ask the "King of Mtn. View" for repairs and he always said he would, then never show up. I finally took to posting signs on the office door to remind him.Still, that did not work either. He would not give us the owners phone # so we could complain directly and threatened us if we said we wated to.He gave me 30 day notice after I asked for the #, saying I was in violition of safety codes by having a small Hibatchi by my door. He would hoot, holler, and catcall the female tenents. I did not trust him.Beer cans, old refrigerators still with rhe doors attached, his kids toys, old dead X-mas trees, and junky cars all over the place. It could have been comedy material had I not lived there. I do not know if Nick still manages these apts, but no matter what, they are very dangerous and should probably be leveled. He wanted to be paid under the table if anyone besides who was initially on the rental contract moved in. Poor, white trash without the redneck accent.I was suspecious he was going into the female tenents apts. while they were at work but I do not know for sure.
