I absolutely dislike how management and maintenance is run at this property. I have had at five occasions where I have had to hound and call multiple of times for each occassion to assist with either my roof leaking (twice on two seperate units), water heater leakin & air conditioning out (of course the hottest week of summer, happy 4th of July weekend to me). Everytime i have called their "emergancy number" i have never on each occassion that we have called, received a call back. When we call in the morning to follow up wtih our calls or voicemails we have left, thats when something is done, and never done with in a reasonable timely matter, a sense of urgancy would give the tenants a sense of comfort to feel something is being done if not completed. The set up for the cottage homes share two walls with the connecting unit and those walls happen to be bedroom and kitchen. If your washing dishes or have company over, it is to remain quite after 9pm. The Bedroom are set up to have your bed arrange dead center in the room, theres no other way to place it. Large living room which is great,I believe it would have been more benefical to have a larger room? Just a personal opinion. I love that it has washer and dryer in the units. I have noticed that when running the heater on cold nights, it will start to blow out cold air? I have checked the termostat multiple of times... i can't figure it out, and too fed up to even deal with calling someone to looking into it.The bathroom is spcaious and great to store things in. I love the location of the unit and parking. Overall I truly did love my unit as well as the location. Customer service is a big drive as to where I would like to spend my money and how I will go out of my way to spend it somewhere else as this experience leaves a bad taste.I absolutely disliked the manager as she is truly unprofessional, and young. Don't get me wrong, if your in your early 20's and a mature young adult, no one would care for your age. The fact of the matter is, ----- is young and very high schoolish. Please train, train, train, TRAIN, it is much needed, as this property would have long term tenants. Guest service classes and possibly a communications class may help the with her management skills.

Any maintenance requests can be made 24 hours per day on our on line resident portal. If you have a maintenance emergency, a live operator will assist you to dispatch help if needed. Our cottage style units afford more of a home feeling, not sharing floors or ceilings with other units and are nicely spaced out from each other while still being part of an apartment community Our management staff is there to assist you with any questions or issues you may have.
