I have recently moved out of Arroyo Villa after 4.5 years in the same unit. There were only very minimal maintenance problems and Rudy, Ken, or Jose were there to fix it in good time. the complex was quiet, and the management left me alone. Debbie the manager is by far the nicest and most fair apartment manager I've dealt with. I have had some encounters with Mary's attitude, and while I agree with some of the other comments on her lack of politeness and ability to pleasantly deal with customer service, she still makes her own attempts to fullfill your request. People are all different and some need a separate approach than others. with that being said, Id not complain about anyone employed there.
The units themselves are spacious, modern and the walls are thick! The garages are roomy, and the views at most any apartment are wonderful. Most nights you can hear coyotes yipping, and is in a good area for hiking, mountain biking, and general out door activities. I'd definitely consider moving back there if I had work in the area again.
