The office staff sucks, Rhonda has always been mean. Everytime I went into the office she acted as if I was wasting her time. When I first moved there Rhonda didn't even want to show me my options, she told me of a unit and I asked to see it and she hesitated. I said I needed to see it before I decieded and then she showed. me. The new gal in the office isn't that friendly either. They just act like we are taking up their time, but isn't that their job. Besides that it seems as if they take extended lunches maybe even together. I use to try to go in at luch time and they were never there so I started going early or late afternoon to try to assure they would be there.
I orginally looked at Arroyo Villa and the staff there was wonderful. The assistant managager (I can't remember her name) showed me every ground floor corner unit they had. The only reason I didn't rent there wasn't because they didn't have anything for me for the time I needed it. Arroyo Villa is the place to go, wish I was able to have waited until they has a unit for me. I figured the sister property is the next best thing....WRONG. My lease is almost up and when it is I am moving out!
The apartments are nice and I never had any maintenance issuse, so I don't know much about the maintenanace staff. Just stay away from the office. No matter how beautiful the apartments are the community is only as good as the Staff which in this case is NOT GOOD!
