I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. While giving back the keys from the one bedroom, I noticed I wasnt given any ammenity keys so I told the Alana I would keep the keys from my old place. She said I would be charged for this. Now shouldnt they have given me new keys??? They didnt! Instead I got 2 mystery keys that didnt open anything. She wasnt even concerned that the maintenance staff gave me two keys that didnt open anything. <br>She said I would be billed for the keys I was going to keep. Now Im not concerned with paying the $3.00 it costs to make 2 new keys, but it was principal. The girl also had a VERY SNOTTY ATTITUDE and had to argue with everything I said. The Irvine Company is supposed to be all about customer service, but in this case not at all. The result: Alana made me ONE new key, but Im still ONE key short and will be billed for the missing one. Now how does that seem right?
