The Studio is an Adaptive Reuse Project building. The Adaptive Reuse Program exists to create new housing opportunities. The Studio has repeatedly and continuously leased residential units for exclusive commercial use. Shame on The Studio for illegally reducing available housing! See More

Management is inept. No communication. Not secured. Emergency line always off. Large property that Riverstone Residential Group is not willing to staff with more than one person to manage. If these issues were fixed we would all be happier. See More

The maintenance man is extremely polite, friendly and helpful!! He always goes above and beyond our expectations. The community is very friendly and everyone that comes to visit always says it's like a diamond in the rough. Our new management is very helpful and courteous!

Overall good experience. No complaints. Nice quiet loft spaces. No perks, just quality basic accomodation. Oh you do get high speed internet included with the lease which is shared across the building, but it's always plenty fast.
