I hate this community when I left home at 9:00p.m. to pick up my daughter and came back home at 10:00pm, there was someone else's car parked in my spot already. At first, I just tried to find who it was, so that they could move their car out of my space. I could not park my car outside in the guest parking lot because every spot was taken by other cars. Also, there was no security guard outside in the parking lot area that I could talk to about this issue. Therefore, I was forced to wait outside. I waited for 50 minutes with no solution given. During this time, I called the courtesy patrol service five times, but they did nothing to solve the problem, and kept telling me to talk to the security guard who told me that he had no authority to call the towing company. The security guard, who was found in the community room, also said that he had no responsibility if my car got towed away for blocking other people's way in and out, even though I was just trying to park my car near my parking lot. My car did not block the gateway, but only the car that was parked in my space. Therefore, I called the courtesy patrol service once again and asked if I could call the towing company on my own, because clearly nothing was being solved, but they said that I could not. I asked them to call the towing company, but they said that they did not have authority and had to call their own supervisors. And even till this moment, there has been no calls back from the service. I have videos and pictures of all of this. It makes me so frustrated to know that I cannot do anything about this, although I have done nothing wrong. I wish that they gave me authority to call the towing company on my own and give me the right to do so, such in cases like these happen. Also, the guest parking lot was emptied around 10:48p.m. after a group of people left the community room past 10p.m., which seemed unfair since they used to kick us out all the time when it reached 10p.m. Therefore, after the guest parking cleared some spaces to park, I was told to park my car in one of them. Till this moment, I have no right to tow the car away and park my car in my space that I have paid money for. Nothing like this has happened in the past 4 years that I have lived in this apartment. It is absurd to know that the management service is not doing anything at all and keep telling me to tell their supervisors. How come Alder Apartment doesn't have any towing sign?? Why I pay for high rental payment for?? I want to park my car at my parking place anytime.. This is ridiculous
