This place is of utmost inadequacy. Parking is terrible. Tenant vehicles are parked above the other so that they have to be constantly moved if the blocked vehicle needs to get out. Nevertheless, guest parking is even worse, there are almost no available spots unless one of the tenant automobiles is absent. If you park otherwise, say even if the driver is present in the vehicle while being parked in the parking lot, the manager will still somehow find a way to complain about the situation. The worst part is, whenever there is an unfamiliar vehicle parked in another tenant's parking spot, the manager will come to your door and question you about the unknown vehicle, although, he claims to ask every single tenant about the unknown car, which seems very unlikely. There is always an issue within the apartment. Every once in a while, you will encounter a broken faucet, drain or pipe leakage (which eventually causes the corner of your closet walls to mold and stench) or even an impaired ventilator. Furthermore, maintenance is mediocre, the manager does come by to fix these problems, however, there has been times where it has taken me several maintenance requests and several weeks for him to finally come by to take a glance at the issue. The quality of these apartment complexes are cheap and defective. The walls are tracing-paper thin. The closet door and the bedroom door clashes together at least 9 times per day, thus causing an unsightly dent upon the closet door. This problem could have easily be solved by switching the bathroom with the closet since the bathroom door goes inward instead of outward. Although, the poor layout and craftsmanship was not cleverly designed to omit this problem. The hardwood floors do not actually consist of real wood, thus, bubbles will eventually form from simple liquid spills within these cheap grounds. One of the almost positive aspects of these apartment complexes is that rent is cheap, but so is the quality. Another is that the apartment is spacious, but the walls are tracing-paper thing so it seems like you are in one big room despite the walls. I also find it hilarious how the manager notifies us that no pets are allowed, yet this adorable cat from another complex continues to meow at my door at least once a month. What a silly place to live in! Anyroad, I am now becoming tired of listing all the defects of this apartment, so I will just leave it to you to decide whether to live here or not. Goodluck with finding your next apartment!
