If you are looking to move into a place close to campus, it's great, but if you are looking for a pleasant living experience... windard sun is not for you. The apt manager does not cooperate well with tennants, and when insect infestations occur (i.e. roaches, ants etc...) she will simply tell you to go to the stor and purchase raid, rather than paying someone to come and take care of the problem. Oh... and you can forget about your privacy issues, becuase 24 hour notice or not, if the mngr knocks on you door, and your home... you'd better answer because she says that's the law, although it doesn't mention this in the lease contract. My advice to you... Apartment Seeker... Read your lease agreement very very carefully, and keep several copies at hand, in your wallet whatever you have to do, because it seems extrememly neccesary to myself and fellow roomates. Other than the management, the windward sun is a fun place, like a very nice dorm you could consider. if you're not a collge student, i don't reccomend moving in, and if you are a college student, then well... just be careful of what you are getting yourself into... the mngr likes to take advantage of poor college kids. Good Luck!!
