I have lived here three years, and all in all, it is a nice place to live. Management has changed quite a few times since I have been here, but I have not had any problems with management. The maintenance team is very nice and quick to help with any problems. They are probably the best part of the complex. The water system has some issues. Either the water is flunctuating in temperature, or the pressure is horrible, OR if you're really lucky, the water is turned off to fix problems for the day. Noise has been a problem a bit due to my neighbor blasting music late at night. The elevators break down a lot and are slower then you would ever believe. There are a lot of kids here, so if you are looking to lay out by the pool without any distractions, think again. I think they charge too much for the facilities, but it is right next to CSUN. The car spaces are so so tiny and you find yourself squeezing out of your car trying not to hit the car door next to you.The fitness center sucks and the equipment is rundown. The halls are painted a dull brown and many friends tell me it reminds them of a prison. Given all that, there may not be any better places in the area to live, and it is OK for a temporary place to settle into.
