The noise at Aqua Via is absolutely unbearable! Not only do you have noise from the trains passing by, but noise from the Urban Fitness studio downstairs. The instructors stand outside 7 days a week 6 am to 7pm and shout and blast loud music.See More >

This could be a great community if it’s not for the Property Manager Cora. She so desperately needs to go on a date to relieve her uptight b*tch mode. Angry, confrontational and no matter what tenants are wrong. For the money go pay for aSee More >

They used to be excellent (~2 years ago), then got new management which is awful. Nickel-and-dime charges, little to no support, tons of upselling, and stealing deposits on move out. Deeply unethical people who rely on it taking some effort to sue them. Avoid atSee More >

Within 2 months of moving into my unit I had 10 maintenance issues. One particular incident involved my closet door falling completely off the hinges. The large screws gave me a deep gash and the door fell on my dog causing hundreds of dollars inSee More >

The people in the building are overall cool. Tenants are merely slaves to Legacy Partners here, seen as dollar signs, period. The management, well lets just say they are quite tricky. These folks will slice off your testicles and sell them toSee More >

There are many reasons that I did not like Aqua Via. 1. The Trains - Yes, I knew about the trains. In fact, my parents house is located near the same tracks (in another city), and I barely noticed the train. However, theSee More >

My husband and I were moving to Oakland, found a loft at Aqua Via that we really loved, and put a deposit down on it to hold the apartment. We were about to go on vacation, so the plan we discussed with the leasing agentSee More >

Check em out! New solid management. Bocce ball! Reasonable. AND they have a new building going up two blocks away which is supposed to be sick. Steph at the leasing office is your gal!

I love my apartment and the loft-like qualities of the building and the high ceilings. My friends who come to visit comment on my good taste and style. Its also super easy to jet out to SF on the Lake Merritt BART. See More >

I live in the Aqua Via apartments facing the train track and confirm this person's review. I've seen used condoms after Saturday night. The Amtrack trains often idle and they always blast their horn. I even hear the Amtrack announcer scolding passengers to get onSee More >

Nice building and solid management. . .but right on the train tracks (as in only 10 feet from the train tracks coming right from the Port of Oakland). Sure we have noise proof windows but if you want to open them to get freshSee More >

I have lived in several places and this is by far the BEST. The staff and management are outstanding and make living here very comfortable. They take care of problems immediately and keep the building neat and clean. The neighbors are friendlySee More >

I have the most amazing view in the Bay Area. Watching sailboats during the day takes the daily stress of life away! The staff is friendly and effective. The building is soundproof. I never hear my neighbors.

I am new to urban living. I have always been fortunate to live in smaller places with one or two other units, so moving into a place this large I had my reservations. The staff here took care off all of those worries. See More >

Moving around a lot over the years, I've become quite the connoisseur of apartment living. The management of Aqua Via, without a doubt, has offered me the best rental experience I've had to date. Any problems I've had (and there haven't been many)See More >
