The management and facilities are all great. The major downsides are its older set-up from the 60s (the elevators are old and the shared hallways feel like an old hotel) and its proximity to dedicated living facilities (meaning a lot of ambulance calls). See More >

Jackson Lake Apartments
I am Kay Braggs and have been the Jackson Lake Apartments Resident Manager for the past 11+ years. Before then I was the Assistant Manager for several years. Mike and Ben who are mentioned in the anonymous review posted 3/11/11 do not work for or live at The Jackson Lake Apartments and I don’t know who they are. Their posting is obviously for another apartment complex. The Jackson Lake Management and Staff take great pride in our Community. We make every effort to satisfy the needs of our residents in a timely and professional manner. Were anyone to just visit our community, the look and feel of it would speak volumes. I can proudly state that our complex speaks for itself. Best regards, Kay Braggs, Resident Manager The Jackson Lake Apartments
