Resident 2005 - 2007

3/16/2007

We moved here in Oct. 2005. The 2nd night here, our downstairs bedroom was flooded from a faulty faucet in the outdoor laundry on our patio. Five days into our stay, it rained and our downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom were flooded again due to old terrible windows and blocked rain gutters. The carpet in my bedroom has been replaced due to flooding no less than three times during our stay here. Our air conditioner drips pools of water into the hallway and our apartment smells of mildew. Mananagement conveniently loses maintenance requests and you have to pretty much harrass them to get anything repaired. It took eight months and a complaint to the property management company to finally get our windows replaced. Even still, our apartment still leaks badly when it rains.

Pretty much, if you move here your maintenance requests will go unanswered, you will feel like you've been hoodwinked, and by the end of your lease, you'll be very disgruntled (as as I am).

The only good thing about this complex is that they have an abundance of parking. Oh, and if you like the T.V. show cops, pull up your chair to the nearest window, grab your popcorn and enjoy because there is plenty of police activity here.

Praise GOD, my lease is up soon.
