My husband and I have lived at Vintage Apartments in Ontario for two years and have just recently renewed our lease for a third year. We haven't had any issues at all with the community or any member from the leasing office until they hired an entirely new leasing office staff including a new office manager, ------. We had several interactions with the previous manager, -------, who was always accommodating and personable. For the first time in the two years we've lived here we are having issues with neighbors and when we have attempted to discuss them with ------ she is very dismissive and short. She doesn't listen to your concerns and does not have time nor the care to address them in any appropriate manner. I'm sorry to say that I regret renewing for another year and am looking forward to leaving once our lease is up, and that decision is solely based on our experience with Ms. ------ -----------.
