High crime area here, especially in river bed. Dusty all the time and very scary at night with it being so dark over that dry river bed. Noisy traffic noise from Tustin Ave. Gal in the office could stand for classes in civility, didn't impress me in the least. Not a good place for kids, or anyone for that matter.
