I lived in two different units at Eastridge and was incredibly happy with the service. The property manager is always accommodating, helpful, and available via phone and e-mail. Service requests are usually responded to within 36 hours (even on weekends!) and how quickly they get taken care of depends on the problem. We frequently had a problem with our kitchen sink's garbage disposal getting clogged (I swear we didn't put anything down there!) and the handyman at Eastridge would simply ask if he had permission to enter and took care of it.
Parking here is difficult, though, as you are assigned two spots - one spot and one garage. This is usually not a concern, but having people over gets tough as they'll have to search for street parking and then hike over. Again, though, the property manager is awesome in that she figured out a way for our guests to park on the property if we needed this every so often.
Overall, I am sad to leave this complex, but reality calls and I have to move for job reasons.
