I would not recommend moving here unless you plan on staying a very long time. As soon as your lease is up they jack up the rates, making sure to give you the legally required 60 days so they can raise it 20%. Most places would want tennant turnover low but apparently all these guys care about is getting as much rent as they can. This is in addition to the "conservice" fee you pay for water, sewer, trash that runs $40/month per apartment ON TOP of your SMUD and PG&E. Oh and p.s. their "full size" washer and dryers are nothing close to full size.
