Resident 2015 - 2016

8/9/2016

First off there was a rent increase awhile ago, so these prices are outdated. The manager here is young, naive and extremely lenient. I would say about 99.1 % of the rules get broken here on a daily basis, without zero consequences. There is no smoking, but many do, all while sitting near a playground. Speaking of playground, which is the structure built for kids ages 5-12, but most kids on it are over 12. They abuse the poor thing by jumping, banging bats on it, riding skateboards (which aren't allow in complex to begin with) down the slide, etc (I wonder if the parents will try to sue if the kid gets injured). People play loud music in thier homes and garages at all hours. Throw weekend parties. Kids yell and screm around the neighborhood all hours of the night, even into 1am while thier parents are too busy drinking. Everyone BBQ here and tries to blend thier weed smoke into it, but you can tell. The walls / floors are super thin, you can hear a fart (seriously) yet people slam doors, cabinets, yell and more even at 3 in the morning. There is NO common courtesy. Adults are just as bad as thier kids. Cars in this area and complex have been broken into. And although this is gated, anyone can come in by simply waiting at the gate. People bring thier whole extend family to the pool that it gets so crowned you can't swim, but with kids peeing, who would want too. Laundry is cheap, so people have thier friends & family come over, which can get crowded. It would be nice if they closed the pool & playground after 9pm, keet the smoke at bay, loud music & slamming to a minimum but nope. The "manager" is too scared. Oh and there are never 2 bedrooms available, we lucked out but it's okay to get a 1 bedroom for like 6 people. This person across from us had 7 people (3 adults and 4 loud kids) living in and out of her 1 bedroom. Oh, and they claim no pets but people have dogs & cats here. If you want to get no sleep, have your kids run wild and damage property, be loud without having to worry about getting kicked out....than this is the place for you and this is probably the realest review on these apartments you'll see out of the 11.
