Well, what can I say I rented here for almost 10 years. We went through 6 management companies which eventually landed us right back with the first management company we had when we moved in. The only management company that was good was the one that the building manager was a part of but as soon as the poor guy started fixing things they fired him. The rest only cared about money. It's a great location and the apartment is nicely sized, and the people that live in the building tend to be middle class. It is not a slum by any means. However, they won't fix anything and if you ask them to fix anything they'll raise your rent. (They raised our rent 30% in 10 months during our last year there.) Just like most apartment buildings these days they could care less if you stay or go so the turnover is pretty high. This building would be awesome if they actually tried to update things, but they use the cheapest materials they can possibly get. And if you happen to be allergic to cats or dogs don't live here. All the ducts are connected.
