This apartment has recently lost its' onsite manager. Now we are going to be managed, what is being termed "Remotely"! The ad does state the building it is a 'controlled secure building', yet during the daytime hours both front doors are wide open, no one present in the office (with the exception of two days per week). Only one camera is visible in the foyer, question being who is monitoring it? Sometimes change is good, but in this case if I were looking for an apartment, I don't know if I'd quite feel confident or secure with 'remote' management. I do give praises to the maintenance supervisor, who is onsite during the normal working hours.
