I have been a tenant of Bayside WIllows for almost two years.<br>1. Parking is terrible as no one parks in assigned spots or leaves cars in unmarked spots for months<br>2. Rent is unusally high as landlords benefit off tearing up the poor and weak<br>3. Security is terrible as people are wandering around all hours of nite and day looking for who knows what?<br>4.Management is never around to solve or answer any questions.<br>5.Many of the great things available (pool, weight rooms ) are always locked as fear of vandalism is always present.<br>6.Apartments have very cheap carpets and sinks and paint.<br>7.One year leases are required and late rents are met with lawyers fees in unreasonable ammounts of time.
