This place is still a dump. HOA is only there to hassle the tenants. Roach infested. Parking is atrocious. Guests and extra cars must park across the street on the other side of the rail road tracks. I've had a window in my car smashed out once and it's been broken into twice. Laundry facilities are over priced, dirty and always full. I've had clothes stolen from the machines twice now. Look somewhere else!!!!! It's cheap for a reason!!!!!
