I've lived here seven months now four months in my washer broke and I had to have it replaced which they did promptly. But when they pulled it out there were a ton of dead roaches the matinance guy wasn't going to clean them up. He was going to stick the new washer in right over it so I had to sweep and vaccum it all out myself. None the less I have never sceen a living one day or night inside or out since I've lived here. They replaced the manta once guy. Replacing gerages two at a time per month. And forcing people to clean out their gerages and not be used as horsing storage units. Which I'm sure helped with roach problems before. Thank god I don't have a gerage or storage unit. I have a downstairs single bedroom with fire place and vaulted ceiling. My neighbors are respectful those I share my walls and ceiling with. Thank god. And it feels like a death cave during hot days I can only keep my room cool with the ac on a day. Oh and the dips between street and parking spot are a Terrable nightmare. All my friends won't park in my port they scratch their cars on it. The one thing I see mentioned in these reviews is that Ive had regular paranormal activity around my apartment. Freaks me out I'm planning to leave the apartment as soon as possible.
