I lived there from 1987-2000 and it was pretty nice. You could walk to almost any store and it´s very safe. The apartment never needed repairs and the grounds were kept nice. It has a very large laundry room with nice big dryers. The only problem was the rent was raised every year, but the whole area was going through rent increases so it wasn´t just this apartment. Started renting in 1997 for $875/mo and ended in 2000 at $1050/mo
