Rules apply for some only. There is a resident that owns a mobile/on site car wash service who parks his equipped van and the non-resident cars he services on a "Red Zone" area and its never been given a ticket or a warning. Not only does he parks on the red zone but furthermore it makes it difficult for residents who need to go in/out of their parking spot since he's in the way. Also, it raises the question... Where does he get his water supply from? Should I mention he is conveniently located ten feet away from a water knob. Are we the residents of Villa Santa Fe paying for his water consumption? The not-so-much enchanting serenade from his lousy equipment can be heard mainly on weekends but week days are not exception. In summary, it is very obvious the office hasn't done anything about this resident breaking their own parking rules so I guess if you own a business likewise you are welcome to Villa Santa Fe Apartments since nobody from the office will bother you as long as you keep their cars squeaky clean.
