I love everything about Homecoming at Terra Vista except a few things: 1) I hate that I can't make a payment early online. I can't even make a payment two or three days in advance. You literally have to wait until the 1st. Also, if I submit a check it takes forever for them to process it. I like to get my rent paid as soon as I get my check on the 15th and for a while, I was able to make my payment early. Now I have to wait until the 1st, which annoys me. Why the hell can't I pay early? This is the worst for someone like me that will spend it if I have it. Now I have to constantly be aware of how much money I have to save my rent money. I asked why they did this and they said it was because people were abusing the system with partial payments. So? We should be able to make partial payments too. WTF? 2) This place is impossible to navigate through. There are no helpful street signs and the buildings are numbered but the order makes zero sense. There are a couple of "maps" in the community but they are so tiny that they are relatively unhelpful. It took me about 9 months to figure out where everything was and EVERYONE who comes into this community looking for my apartment gets lost. I literally have to go get people at the front and show them how to get to my place. Many of my friends got so lost when leaving that they spent 45 minutes trying to find the way out. Everything looks the same! Google maps does not navigate through this complex either, making it one of the most frustrating parts of living here. 3) I get that this place is huge but the gardeners miss trimming my bushes that are near my garage all the time until they are growing past my garage and scraping my car on the way out. I had to complain about this a few times since I moved in about a year ago. Some parts of the complex always look nice but since I live toward the back it seems like this area isn't as important and doesn't get as much love from the gardening staff. 4) It's pricey. This is Rancho Cucamonga, not Malibu. I don't get why it's so expensive. Things I do like: 1) The staff is very helpful with everything. They are courteous and polite and there are enough of them around that I have rarely had to wait long to talk to someone. 2) The maintenance staff here is great. When I call in a work order, it usually gets handled within 24 hours. I've had two emergency situations and they were handled promptly. 3) It's quiet. I rarely even see my neighbors. The only noise is construction, maintenance or gardeners. 4) It's gated and again, it's hard to find my place. Any stalkers I might have would never be able to find me here.

Though your rent is not imported into the system until the 1st of each month, please know that we are able to accept your rent before the 1st in the form of a check, money order or cashier's check.
