The man was nice. Everything looks like a hotel instead of a home. Like a hotel, they enforce the 2 guest limit in the pool area. To rent a garden it cost $10 more per month and it looked empty for a Saturday. The apartment looked nice and huge. When the tour was over, he was very helpful to run our application and we got approved the same day. He had sent us the rental agreement to review using docusign. I found it very suspicious that docusign stated that it could sign the agreement online when I tried to view the document to read. I declined the signing so that I don't get stuck in the contract. If you read the contract, it will say that what promises are given on paper or verbally is voided with the signing of the rental agreement. This was the first time seeing this line in a contract after my stay with 3 other apartment complexes. They really stick to this contract. Renter beware what you sign and agree to. I give this a 2 because the apartment and area is nice. But the promises might not be true. I cant believe what they have to say if they have that thing in the paperwork. My friend stays there and she mentioned that after she moved in, the agent wasn't very helpful. They kept giving her the run around and never answering her questions. With the luxury of a pool, gaming area, movie theater, etc, it took about 30 minutes to 1 hour to get any assistance from the office staff to open the doors.
