The old Ironwood owners built and ran this place on the cheap.A bunch of spoiled rich kids just running it like slum landlords, in our opinion. Leasing office totally USELESS, and unresponsive to our tenant needs. We told them about trash overflowing constantly in the dumpster areas, rats, and the smell of trash... but leasing office refused/refuses to schedule more trash collections, so we live in garbage/ unsanitary conditions. Hopefully the new owners now in place will run this place better. Only Juan in maintenance is VERY GOOD... he responds to the tenants needs very well, and he cares. Juan is a good man.
