SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that there is not a kid's area at our community. There is a park nearby for parents and their kids to enjoy - it's about a 3 minute drive off of Milliken. We installed more grills on the property so more of our residents are able to enjoy that feature. Initially we did only having 1 grill, but decided on installing more as we thought that the residents would appreciate it. As of late, we do have some newer faces in our office and we feel that we have the right fit for our staff. We would love to be able to hold onto everyone that has come across our path with our company, but people do move on to do other paths in their lives and we are sad to see them go. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Due to the size of this property & constant traffic, it does get very busy in the leasing office & our staff does accommodate all of the residents as soon as they are able to. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Rent is based on the market rate in our area. We're happy to answer any questions and further discuss with you how we price our apartments. Our model apartment contains the same appliances and laminate countertops as the rest of the apartments in our community. We offer a walk-through of the unit before lease signing as well as a move-in inspection to make sure you're happy with your new home. Hello, We are sad to hear that you are unhappy with your current living situation & that you will be leaving us at the end of your lease. We can understand that the office hours during the week can be tough due to your work location. There are a couple of options that might work to ensure that you receive your packages. The leasing office is open on the weekends to retrieve your packages or feel free to email [email protected] to give them permission to enter your apartment & they will be more than happy to deliver your packages to your apartment. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We take resident feedback to heart as you are our priority. We agree that the pet and waste bins need more frequent attention which is why we have hired additional help to manage the overflow of large items left at the dumpster areas. Regarding the spa, after troubleshooting the problem, we ordered a part that took longer than expected to arrive, and had it up and running as soon as we were able to. We certainly value your concerns and encourage you to let the office know of additional and future concerns so that we may properly address them.
