Hello Lamela, We are sorry to hear that you did not have the best living experience. We are having difficulty locating your file along with your claims. There are many apartment complexes located on Day Creek Blvd and the property that we used to own (AMLI at Victoria Arbors) did not fire their staff. The apartment complex is actually under new management. Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We have listened to our residents and currently in the process of having cars towed (pending the circumstances) and auditing the garages to ensure that people are not using them for storage, but for parking their cars. This process will take time and we hope that our residents will be patient while this is happening. If you are seeing large aggressive dogs around the property or non-residents using our amenity spaces, please let our office staff know so that we can address with them. We apologize that you have not had a great living experience at our community.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize about the miscommunication on how our utility company works with their final bill for residents. Upon moving out, the utility company's final bill is 2 months behind so the bill will be larger. We would invite you to speak with the Community Manager about your final account statement on the additional charges of cleaning the apartment. Again, we apologize about the miscommunication. One of the bonuses of our property is the location as it's close to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. We are happy that our staff has been very helpful. We are glad that you like your apartment. We will ensure to pass on your kind words to our Maintenance team. We wish we were in closer proximity to a grocery store as well. It is unfortunate that there are irresponsible pet owners who do not pick up after their animals. Hello, We agree that the close proximity to the freeway and Victoria Gardens is a definite bonus for our community. We appreciate your concerns. Sadly crime is an unfortunate reality of our society, no matter where anyone lives. Over the past two months, we have had reported one car theft and two apartment break-ins, and otherwise nothing reported since last spring. We provide our residents with crime prevention tips and alert them when crime is in fact reported. We also evaluate other measures as necessary. We couldn't agree more with you that the location of our community is in a great location. You don't even have to get in your car for shopping, going to the movies or choosing from a wide variety of restaurants. Thank you for recognizing your staff. We would love the opportunity to assess the condition of the carpet & come up with a solution. Our onsite team is very involved in walking the community weekly & we appreciate that you have brought this concern to our attention. We do value all of our residents & understand that having newer, upgraded appliances are very desirable. One option could be to speak with a Charter representative to work out a deal or an explanation on the increase in price every year. AMLI on Day Creek is in a great location with being right across the street from Victoria Gardens. Having to lift groceries up 3 flights of stairs can be a struggle, but we aren't required to have elevators for any properties that are 3 stories or less. We would love to discuss alternative options if this is something that doesn't work for you. Please feel free to stop by the leasing office. Thank you for taking the time to post a review.
