When my family and I first moved into AMLI we thought it was a beautiful community to live in and the management seemed great. However, once we moved in that all changed. We had so many issues with the apartment and maintenance here is horrible! They are unresponsive and the quality of work is awful. I had to contact their corporate office just to get anything taken care of. Also, take note that the resort like pool is not heated and is way too cold to use even in the summer; the leasing office will not tell you that when you are touring. Also, don't count on the management to be able to take care of much, which is why I had to reach out to their corporate office to get a response. The appliances are out dated and the materials used in the home aka paint, carpet, etc are of low quality and difficult to clean. for the price we pay I expect a lot more.

Hello, Our onsite team would be more than happy to answer any questions that you or any future residents may have. Unfortunately due to the budget, the pool is not heated. The gym was having some maintenance & touch ups done & some of the weights must have been missplaced. We will notify the onsite staff about the weights so that they are found for the residents to use. One of the stairmasters was inoperable & was removed to get fixed.
