Highridge apartments look nice from the outside and the amenities are great,
but the apartment quality is only okay. The appliances are poor quality and the
walls are thin so neighbor noise is an issue. There are no storage lockers
available even if you want to rent them, so there just is not enough space. The
kitchen in our two bedroom apartment is tiny. The hallways inside the building
are not well-maintained with stains on the carpets and patches on the walls that
are not painted. The recycling bin is way out of the way so you have to carry all
your recycling down the elevator and walk outside of the building just to be
environmentally conscious. I guarantee a lot of people don't bother and just
throw their recycling in down the garbage shoot simply for convenience. This
building does not cater to its residents unfortunately. The location is nice and
safe and the rent is fairly reasonable which makes this place tolerable.
