I usually don't write reviews but there are times when it is necessary.
The BIGGEST issue is def the garage opener. Dont bother paying extra for a garage because the remote will not work. I have lived here for year and have had the remote break at least 9 times. Every time I go to the leasing office, it's the same story. "We will get it fixed". Sometimes they go so far as to say, "Oh wow, we will completely replace it and give you a new one". Except, the one they give back is the same one with the same cheap --- battery they put it. The battery lasts, if you are lucky, a month. Several times, I have been late to work because nobody is in the leasing office at 7 in the morning and the "emergency" maintenance is not emergency because it takes them at least 30-40 minutes to come fix the problem. By that time, I am late already. Not to mention, every time it stops working, that means that I, as a resident, have to search for parking. That I, a resident, have to worry about finding parking when I get home too late. This is just ridiculous. DONT GET A GARAGE, dont buy into their -------- that they are fixing your garage opener cuz they are not.
Also, when I moved in, I made sure to ask if I would have any spider problems as I am deathly afraid of them. First week at the new apartment, guess what?? HUGE black spiders. Not the guide you use a paper towel to kill but the kind you need to use a vacuum. Baby spiders too, all over the air conditioning vent, to the point that I had to close it with construction paper and tape it to the wall.
The spider problem is not as bad now after I have sprayed raid throughout and have had them come exterminate twice.
PS: not to mention the $100 increase on my rent... sucks.
