I live in the other apartments, Casa de Valle, which is next door to and managed by the same people as Palmbrook.
Overall, a nice place to live on a budget or temporary basis. I probably wouldn't want to live here long term just because I enjoy a yard and you don't get that here. It's in a great location in Redlands, close to Staters and downtown. The manager, MK, is awesome and a really nice person. One thing I don't like about it here is the air conditioner is in the front of the apartment so it gets warm in the back bedroom and cold during the winter, central air would be a good touch. I've never had any maintenance issues. It can get loud sometimes with all the kids and people in the hot tub (in the center of the complex), but that is to be expected with apartment living. Parking at Casa de Valle sucks if you get a spot in between the poles, but at least it is reserved. There is plenty of Guest parking.
