Too many issues, where to start.. My place got broken into twice, I called the mangers, and police and they just brushed it off saying I possibly had too many people in and out my apartment. I explained that I work, go to school and have two small children, I rarely would have company and none of my family would never do such a thing. Tim (management) is a jerk. I told them that I would not pay my rent until someone had replaced my window after someone had broke in my house the second time as i feared to have my children in i sleep there with just a bord up . He said he understood and that I would get a gate on my door and bars on my window, it took 3 weeks for me just to get a new window, it was during the winter and my place got mold in it so bad from there just being borded up with wood that had cracks in it. I called so may times and he wouldn't call back and was "not in his office", which was a lie , i seen his car parked in front many times. I ended up getting a eviction notice, I fought it but still such an inconvenience. The amenity's (pool, gym and laundry room ) were either always closed for maintenance or too dirty to enjoy. There was a lot of noisy ------ neighbors that sold drugs, not any of my business but sometimes I didn't trust coming in and out my house at certain times of the night. If I ever had a issue with anything in the apartment maintenance took at least two weeks to come look at it and depending on if they felt like fixing it they would say, its too much I have to put in another type of work order and that took another two weeks. I stayed in this building for a horrible 2 years only because I didn't have the time or money to move right away. As the outside and inside looked lovely you can never judge a book by its cover.
