Resident 2018 - 2020

4/9/2020

I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. The staff used to be super nice, the complex used to be really clean and nice, and it wasn't a bad place at first. However, we've had a leak in our roof probably since the year we moved in and it's only gotten worse. There's a huge water stain above our sink and every time it rains the leak gets worse. We have called to get it fixed, and have been told they've come in to fix it when we aren't here but it's raining today and there's still water coming through from the ceiling! Two years this leak has been here and for two years they have said it's fixed, it's not. They give maybe 24 hours notice if they're going to be turning off the water in the complex. They've consistently messed up our rent because we don't use the gas here (which they said we didn't need to use and suddenly we do need to use it, so now we're paying for gas we don't use). They said we had to call the gas company and the gas company would have to come here during a pandemic to turn on gas that we don't need. There's trash all over the complex. Hardly anywhere you can take your dog (even though they'll tell you this is a very dog friendly place). The drawers in the "newly renovated" apartments are broken (again, they said they fixed them but they're still broken). The rent continues to go up and the complex continues to get worse. It might seem nice cause it's near UCR, but they're just overpriced and not worth it.
