This was are first apartment so we were somewhat naive of what to look for in an apartment, and at first glance this apartment seemed wonderful it was nicely landscaped and had curb appeal and the staff was very friendly. Soon after moving things went downhill very quickly. We got back from a vacation and had a note on the door saying the management had changed and started getting new rules posted. Also they did not tell me that the unit I would be renting would be in the very back up against a wall that had the back of a CVS behind. It is poorly lit back there and we can here everything, the insulation is very poor, there are a lot of shady people that hang out at that CVS and are very loud and disruptive. They also did not inform us that there was a train nearby and it goes off all night long. We love to have the windows open to let in fresh air but we cant do that because of the train and traffic noise. There is also no parking. You are assigned one spot but if you have two cars you have to find an extra spot which there are all of 5 extra spots and if you don't get parking there you have to park along this street that is not safe at all have a long walk in the dark to the apartments, and I have often seen broken glass from car windows along the street. Overall we feel like we got screwed at this apartment and do not recommend to anyone
