Raised from $725 to $850 in one month...For Leaky roofs, mice, cockroaches, bees in the roof, bad a/c units, broken heaters, painted over anthen peeling bath tubs, safer to swim in the bad side of the river bottom. Rotting carpet, painted and peeling sidewalks. Usually nicer tenants tend to have been moved in by the previous manager. Lanlord comes in and fixes things on the cheap by hiring unlicensed contractors or the local wb´s standing on the corner of Indiana Ave everyday.
<br><br>New female manager´s children have tendancy to sleep around with tenants. Gossip is a frequent complaint about the manager as she cannot keep privacy well. Illegal immigrants sleeping atleast 12 to a room, replace legal families (who pay their rent). She raises rent on families and forces them out by not fixing anything.
<br><br>Frequent automobile break-in´s and slashed tires (only to the tenants who were being treated like this (total of 5 cars).) Two cars stolen in a week.
<br><br>The only reason we moved out was due to the new landlord/manager duo (who also take care of an apt. on the corner of Madison and Magnolia,) who refused to pay for proper maintinence and then decided to raise rent if we wanted them to fix anything.
