We are so glad that you have chosen Waterstone Magnolia as your new home. This is a great community for convenience of location and access to entertainment. Maintenance does their best to have your work orders done in a timely manner. And our staff is always here to address your needs. With all the amenities and things we have here for you, I hope that you can call us home for a long time to come.
In response to your review, we'd like to thank you for your honesty. We are very sorry that you feel that you have been unfairly treated. We would like to invite you to come by the office so that we can personally go over items that are of a great concern to you. We believe that we have a great team at Waterstone Magnolia and thank you for your compliments on the team. We apologize that the parking change has not been a pleasing change for you. However we still offer free parking here at the site. We only ask that you come in and get a parking permit to park on the premises. Please know that office hours for the site are 9am to 6pm. You may come by the office and our staff may be out on a tour or out on the premises. A sign should be posted on the front door as to where the staff is. We are grateful for your feedback and look forward to your visit in our office.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the new parking program that we have implemented here at Waterstone Magnolia. It is still in its early stages and will take some time to work out the kinks. However we are still offering parking to all our residents at no charge. This would be all of the uncovered spots. However if you are interested in coming home to a preferred spot every night please come to the office and we can explain how that works. We are sorry if your work orders have been taking longer than normal to fix. If this is occurring please come by the office and let us know. The normal turnaround time for a non-emergency work order is anywhere from 24-72 hours depending on parts. If you feel that you have been treated unfair or unkind in the office we apologize in advance. This is not our intentions and we are very sorry. Thank you for your concerns and we are always here with an open door policy.
We sincerely apologize that you are unhappy with our new parking program. In order to accommodate both the residents who wanted an assigned parking space and those who did not, we wanted to create a program that would allow our residents the freedom to decide. Because this is a brand new program, a monthly charge needs to be added in order to distinguish between the covered and uncovered stalls. A monthly charge is for the convenience of coming home to a preferred parking space. We always thank you for your input it helps us grow as a team here at Waterstone Magnolia.
