This former resident is not being truthful. There is no child molester living at the complex. A search on the State of California Department of Justice www.meganslaw.ca.gov will prove this reviewer is not being truthful... The resident did not move out because of "living conditions" but because they were given notice to move out! A copy of their notice is available for review in the office will prove this anonymous reviewer is not being truthful... There are no "constant plumbing problems" as the building was replumbed in 2012 by a licensed plumbing contractor, with city building permits, to building code. A copy of the building permit available for review in the office will prove this reviewer is not being truthful... There were no exposed wires in resident's apartment. Pictures of resident's apartment will prove this reviewer is not being truthful... There is no mold. Pictures of resident's vacated apartment will prove this reviewer is not being truthful... There are no fleas, rodents or pests. Pictures of resident's vacated apartment will prove this reviewer is not being truthful. The simple truth is that the resident who posted the review is not being truthful in the slightest. Pictures of his apartment and the condition it was left in after he vacated along with pictures of the unit's repaired condition will available in the office. I don't care much for anonymous liars.
