I like the place because its near to UCR and the bus stops are easily accesible. The double occupancy rooms are spacey but single rooms are really small compared to the others. The internet is a struggle, it cuts off sometimes

Ever since I moved in in the fall of 2017, I've found myself enjoying my apartment a lot. It's very accommodating, and easy on the wallet for whichever suite you want to lease out. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

The alartenbegs are nice but the halls are very messy as smell nasty therbthan that there isn’t anything wrong with the apartment. Maybe also fix the WiFi in sterling because it’s not that good and it’s very week

I love this community because it's the best property out of all the complexes around UCR for a great price. It's close to everything you need and right off the 91/215 junction which is great. I recommend considering this complex before checking out others.

For the price and for college students its decent. Walls are thin and furniture is cheap. Wifi and cable sucks and upgrading options through a provider sucks spectrum is terrible. If you don't mind a lot of parties and dirty college students then lease here
